Why Mastering The Menopause is the most comprehensive guide and solution to the Menopause!
-
Cardio Interval training – Short 10 minute interval classes for both low impact and high impact abilities, to improve your cardiovascular health. Helping to prevent cardiovascular diseases, build lean skeletal muscle, improving your metabolic process. It will increase production of the human growth hormone, increasing protein production, enabling muscles to recover and repair faster and promotes the utilisation of fat. In small explosive bursts we use more oxygen than in sustained cardio exercise, therefore burning more calories and burning more fat over a longer period of time.

-
Strength Training – You can choose between a resistance band workout, which are cheap and easily accessible and can be done from the comfort of your home and a free weights workout, utilising dumbbells and barbells either at the gym or at home if you have the equipment. Strength Training will build lean skeletal muscle, improve bone density, lower insulin resistance, improve your mobility, improve metabolic function, and help prevent secondary diseases like prediabetes and diabetes help to prevent prediabetes and diabetes. The more muscle you have within the body the larger storage unit you have for your glucose, preventing the glucose being stored as fat, especially around the abdominal area.

-
Flexibility – improves your range of motion, improving mobility, lengthening tight muscles, and indicating muscular imbalances, which may be causing pain through the body. Balance and strength poses, to strengthen and stabilise deep muscle fibres and improve your stability.

-
Core - Short core exercise classes for beginners and the more advanced to help to strength and stabilise the core.

-
Meditations - Short but affective meditations to help to calm the mind. Meditation has been proven to lower cortisol levels which dramatically rise during the menopause due to the drop in estrogen. This can cause anxiety, brain fog and lead to poor mental health. Meditation will help to keep you in the moment, reduce anxiety and improve your mental health.

-
Nutrition - My nutritional guidance recipes and challenges are all designed to optimise your health during this phase. It is vitally important to balance your blood sugar during the perimenopause and menopause phase of our lives. Taking the right supplements and balancing your macros to ensure you maximise muscle repair and growth, while burning fat and improving your gut biome. Your gut biome is affected by the drop in estrogen but with my guidance you will get the gut biome working for you.
