Vinyassa flow yoga will help to relieve stress, reduce cortisol levels, build strength helping to prevent osteoporosis and bring the mind and and body into unison
Meditation
This will calm the mind, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, help to reduce brain fog, shifts your perspective, and improves sleep.
Nutrition
Optimise your nutrition with our nutritional guidance to improve energy levels, lose weight and increase strength.
The Community
Join the community where you can share your experience through this challenging time. You will receive support and advice and make connections with like-minded women.

Every Wednesday at 6.30pm - 7.15
Term time only
Held at The Hale Community Centre, Upper Hale.
First class is FREE and then a block of 10 is £100.00, valid for 13 weeks.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, blanket for the meditation if required and arrive 5 minutes before class starts.
