For peri-menopausal and menopausal women

Vinyassa flow yoga will help to relieve stress, reduce cortisol levels, build strength helping to prevent osteoporosis and bring the mind and and body into unison
Meditation
This will calm the mind, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, help to reduce brain fog, shifts your perspective, and improves sleep.
Monday at 6.45pm, held at The Maltings in Farnham.
Wednesday at 6.30pm, held at The Hale Community Centre.

Menopause Sculpt
A 30 minute, body weight and resistance band class to strengthen the entire body.
Resistance training during the menopause has many benefits:

Improves mobility and stability

Reduces the risk of osteoporosis, improving bone density

Reduces hot flushes

Can lower depression and anxiety, improving mental health

Increases skeletal muscle
-
Improves pelvic floor health

Monday - Menopause Flexibility, 6.45pm-7.30 pm.
Held at The Farnham Maltings
(Currently full) Wednesday - Menopause Flexibility at 6.30pm - 7.15pm.
Held at The Hale Community Centre, Upper Hale, Farnham.

First class is FREE
Block of 10 for Menopause Flexibility is £100.00, valid for 13 weeks.
Block of 10 Menopause Sculpt is £75.00, valid for 13 weeks.
Block of 10 for menopause Flexibility and Menopause Sculpt is £150.00, valid for 13 weeks.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, blanket for the meditation if required, resistances bands for Menopause Sculpt are provided. Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts.
