My training approach is holistic and I believe that for changes in your health, fitness and wellbeing to be long term and sustainable they have to incorporate all areas of your health.

Your mind, nutrition and body should all be cared for equally and with the balance of all three you will make changes that will last life.

Fitness and wellbeing will always be a major part of my life and I am very fortunate to have now been in the industry for over 8 years!

I have practiced meditation for many years and it is a fundamental part of my health and wellbeing.
