My training approach is holistic and I believe that for changes in your health and fitness to be long term and sustainable they have to incorporate all areas of your health.
Your mind, nutrition and body should all be cared for equally and with the balance of all three you are sure to make changes in your life that will last forever.
Fitness and well-being will always be a major part of my life and I am very fortunate that it has become a job as well as my passion.
I have practiced meditation for many years and it is a fundamental part of my health and well-being.
